I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from TFG/Bash Online. I placed an online order but unfortunately received the wrong items.
I have been a loyal TFG customer for over 15 years, and I must say that my experience with the online service has been very disappointing. This is not the first time I have received an incorrect order from Bash, and I am aware that many other customers have experienced similar issues. This situation is completely unacceptable and unfair to customers.
Because of this error, I now have to wait even longer to receive my correct order. I clearly explained that the order was urgent, but the only response I received was an apology, with no real urgency shown to resolve the matter.
I believe TFG should improve their quality control processes. Staff and managers should double-check orders before they are dispatched to ensure customers receive the correct items. In this case, the order was sent from Sportscene at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.
At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with Bash Online and have still not received my correct order. Ironically, the item I received by mistake costs more than the item I purchased, which means TFG is also incurring losses due to poor management and lack of proper order verification.
I hope this matter will be addressed urgently and that improvements will be made to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
