I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my recent Bash online order. On 11 March 2026, I logged a complaint on this platform about receiving incorrect items in my order. To date, I am still waiting for a manager from the Bash department to contact me regarding a resolution. The lack of follow-up and urgency in addressing this matter is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received incorrect items from Bash. As a loyal TFG customer for over 15 years, I find this repeated issue extremely frustrating and disappointing. I rely on online shopping due to a health condition and for the convenience it provides. However, based on my experience, it seems that Bash/TFG does not take these concerns seriously. Despite explaining that I urgently needed the item, there was no effort made to assist beyond simply repeating the return policy. No attempt was made to go the extra mile to resolve the situation. As a result, I had to spend my own time and fuel traveling to the store to exchange the item, which caused significant inconvenience. Errors in order packing appear to be a recurring issue, and I strongly believe that Bash needs to review and improve its procedures to prevent customers from repeatedly experiencing the same problem. I cannot imagine how many other customers may have faced similar situations. After experiencing this issue multiple times, I have reached a point where I am no longer willing to continue using Bash’s online service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the platform, and I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve its processes and customer service going forward.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from TFG/Bash Online. I placed an online order but unfortunately received the wrong items. I have been a loyal TFG customer for over 15 years, and I must say that my experience with the online service has been very disappointing. This is not the first time I have received an incorrect order from Bash, and I am aware that many other customers have experienced similar issues. This situation is completely unacceptable and unfair to customers. Because of this error, I now have to wait even longer to receive my correct order. I clearly explained that the order was urgent, but the only response I received was an apology, with no real urgency shown to resolve the matter. I believe TFG should improve their quality control processes. Staff and managers should double-check orders before they are dispatched to ensure customers receive the correct items. In this case, the order was sent from Sportscene at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with Bash Online and have still not received my correct order. Ironically, the item I received by mistake costs more than the item I purchased, which means TFG is also incurring losses due to poor management and lack of proper order verification. I hope this matter will be addressed urgently and that improvements will be made to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
