Empty promises

I am really disappointed l made a booking with Thaba Monate for 10 ladies and paid full amount directly to them unfortunately a week before one of the ladies passed away and I contacted them requested to cancel and asked for a refund since we would be going to a funeral and couldn't proceed with the trip.

The lady was understanding and sympathetic agreed to refund us requested for banking details.

I patiently waiting for the refund for 3weeks kept on checking how far they were with the process she said they struggling with network since there was heavy rain etc up to today they haven't refunded me busy giving me the run around
