****mera Horrible know nothing about customer service
Their busy selling lies had a special of accommodation, breakfast and 30min massage. I made my booking and payment was made after when I text to ask about adding dinner to my package they changed their story saying they made a mistake and requested that l cancel my booking when l refused they threatened me that l will forfeit my money and they won't give the services l paid for

Ooooh my goodness that place is dirty, wet blankets, dirty carpet, pool as for the kitchen disaster. The place is a brothel old men coming in with young girls book a room for 1hr to have *** disgusting

High Risk
APM Bus worse experience ever traveling from Durban to Pretoria to start with the Bus was late driver and co-driver very rude and arrogant. The bus was too Hot we were practically in a sauna despite the numerous times we asked for aircon we were ignored. Toilet was not functioning for such a long trip we had to hold ourselves from 21:30 to 2am that's when we were allowed to go relief ourselves. Driving OMG if it was during the day l would have gotten off reckless driving at a high speed l was just praying l get home safe. I would never and I mean never ever reccomend this bus to anyone l regret not using Eldo Coaches.

Wonderful Professional Service
WoW what a wonderful service l was helped by Kenny Mokoena after l realized that my insurance didn't debit in time l called in to make amends and Kenny was so helpful and we'll informed he made sure l am fully satisfied and covered again. I highly appreciated his efforts and kindness

Wonderful Place
Wonderful Place Had a wonderful experience the place is clean with wonderful staff. Manager is always available to attend to your needs and Ntebo is very helpful makes lovely breakfast. I highly recommend this place good value for your money

Empty promises
I am really disappointed l made a booking with Thaba Monate for 10 ladies and paid full amount directly to them unfortunately a week before one of the ladies passed away and I contacted them requested to cancel and asked for a refund since we would be going to a funeral and couldn't proceed with the trip. The lady was understanding and sympathetic agreed to refund us requested for banking details. I patiently waiting for the refund for 3weeks kept on checking how far they were with the process she said they struggling with network since there was heavy rain etc up to today they haven't refunded me busy giving me the run around

Wonderful Place
Had a wonderful experience the place is clean with wonderful staff. Manager is always available to attend to your needs and Ntebo is very helpful makes lovely breakfast. I highly recommend this place good value for your money

Bad Service
Most horrible experience paid for an executive luxury room with shower and bath yet the bath tub was not working, tea station only had sugar No toilet paper in the bathroom. The manager was never available when called he didn't answer his phone but would reply to Whatsapp messages. Paid R100 for breakfast only to have Toast Eggs and chicken breast. TV in our room was also not working, worse there was load shedding No back up general or rechargeable lights in the room we were left in the dark from 9pm to 7am No apologies when we requested to see the manager he kept on saying his coming but never pitched. This is pure reap off l would never reccomend this place
