Unsatisfied client

I checked in on Sunday checked out Friday. The service wasn't good. 1. Response for maintenance takes for ever. e.g attending the geyser ir boiler fir hot water 2. For conference packages, they dont do according to customers specifics.

Its very irritating to request service more than once for servuce paid for..

Its a nice place, that can grew increase accommidation and conference as long as they can listen to customers expectations.
