When South African Revenue Service, doesn't give the required service and have the expectation for a tax paying citizen to comply , make follow -up after follow and don't give a fulfilled feedback what must one do? I filed by the 20 July 2023 till to date efiling audit, review, assessment not complete

poor call center services

Not easy to make return or exchange items
I have ordered, items. I need to return them. Their webpage and MobileApp don't allow ne to make amendment onto my method of returning goods. PEP Stores don't have plastic bags to fit the box on returning items..

UNHAPPY UPGRADE
The TELEMAKERTERS Or TELESALES do marketing on behalf of VODACOM are not doing justice to the VODACOM Client. I requested an upgrade for a better Handset and next thing the whole package I was on has been changed. I logged a call to be reversed they are telling me to wait 3 months to reverse, the upgrade.
