Even the one star is a complement. The restaurant staff (Matshidiso Monake) was completely rude and another lady the previous night had to be literally begged to assist and didn’t even get to it. I fell very Ill during my stay and had to practically drag myself to the restaurant to get food because they strictly don’t do room service (got me wondering how they deal with people that have disabilities). The staff is literally dragging the whole establishment through the mud. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Poor service at the restaurant and super poor service when you have an issue when staying at the hotel. Doesn't care at all, time consuming and no feedback on progress when an issue is reported.

Breakfast is supposed to be served from 6:30 but on the Monday of the 13 June 2022 breakfast wasn’t ready at 7 am, the food wasn’t even out yet. They hadn’t even boiled water for coffee and they expect to pay exorbitant fees for horrible service. There is lady called Lucia who works in the kitchen she was so unbothered to even explain what’s happening she just to me we are not ready yet. Do yourself a favour and consider other accommodations if you’re in steelpoort

Molecule show bar specifically, they are fraudsters on all levels. What's on he menu is not what you going to get and they host events without letting the customer know and want to spring up payment you don't know about on you, so much for going for supper and a drink... If you want to be disappointed, go there. Management really needs to look into the take the place. Well they can kiss my few cents goodbye, coz I'm never going there... its ****s...

1. Booked breakfast pack the night before as required but it was not prepared. They only prepared it the same morning but I took the whole hour to prepare. 2. I forgot my phone charger few before in my previous stay, but to date they are giving the run around. Have received it. 3. General reception service is bad, slow and poor. I am late for my appointment due to these reasons. Checked in Thur 11/03 checked out 12/03. Room 144...Room was standard but towels were old .

I checked in on Sunday checked out Friday. The service wasn't good. 1. Response for maintenance takes for ever. e.g attending the geyser ir boiler fir hot water 2. For conference packages, they dont do according to customers specifics. Its very irritating to request service more than once for servuce paid for.. Its a nice place, that can grew increase accommidation and conference as long as they can listen to customers expectations.
