Save yourself the headache and stay away from Accelerit
This has to be the worst ISP in all of South Africa. To begin with, their technical expertise is nonexistent, they could not get me connected for over a month on a site with existing infrastructure. Then they billed me twice for the same month wherein I had no connection. To make matters worse they couldn’t even resolve the connection or the refund issue. Then I cancelled my service and they couldn’t even resolves that. So now my line was locked in with them and I could not go to a different ISP. Absolutely nightmare, the incompetence I experienced was beyond my comprehension. One would swear that perhaps in their heads they think that they are doing me a favour whereas it the other way round.

Disconnect from Home-Connect
Absolutely horrible service. It takes multiple calls to resolve issues and the billing practices are uncoordinated and unfair. Save yourself the trouble and consider another ISP

Horrible Service
Breakfast is supposed to be served from 6:30 but on the Monday of the 13 June 2022 breakfast wasn’t ready at 7 am, the food wasn’t even out yet. They hadn’t even boiled water for coffee and they expect to pay exorbitant fees for horrible service. There is lady called Lucia who works in the kitchen she was so unbothered to even explain what’s happening she just to me we are not ready yet. Do yourself a favour and consider other accommodations if you’re in steelpoort

Refusal to pay refund
You would expect professionalism from such a big organisation. Try and get your deposit from these guys and you understand what hell is. I have been dealing with a lady called Chante Kruger, every time I call she keeps saying it be done today, to no avail. Now she doesn’t respond to emails. So now we robbed by criminals and large corporations, it’s tough to be South African

Sharing private information without permission
This man was apparently unable to contact me in relation to me account be he went on to contacting other people and sharing with them details of my account and God knows what else.
