The service i am getting from this company it's really pathetic, I got speed point from Game on the 23rd February 2024 and till date they're taking me from pillar to post regarding my Onboarding worst thing is I've submitted all needed documents, they even acknowledged that, I am calling them daily and i am been told stories, Before one buys their products they will promise that it will only take 24 hours for Onboarding but it turns out to be an opposite, They will tell you lies daily that the matter has been sent through to management and this matter will be resolved. Or maybe i must just return this thing as i really don't believe that in future I'll receive after sale support from them. sello.petrus@gmail.com
I'm very disappointed by kind of service I'm receiving from standard bank Sa , in March / April 2020 just after lockdown I applied for 6 months covid 19 relief and I got confirmation that I will be getting 3 months relief of with my account was only not debited once not 3 installments as per agreement ,now I'm suprise because all of the sudden I'm receiving emails and calls that says my account is in arrears with 1 installment and it's very anointing because this number +27114831503 keeps calling me each day just after 06h00 am, I've send emails to StandardBankRetailLendingCollections@standardbank.co.za and I'm not getting any feedback regarding this issue. The store has more than 50 clients in Q but store was only operating with 3 tills instead of 6 had to wait for +- 2 hours, How is the planning around back to school as i believe it's very important time for them to make money.
Excellent service as always and thanks to Mashudu and restaurant stuff to always make us feel at home.
Poor service at Mall of the north branch, Enquiries department doesn't have enough stuff to assist clients, went to collect my card and had to wait in the Q for about 2 hours, I mean come on we aslo have things to do. I regret moving my accounts from FNB
Purchased frameless double garage door from polokwane branch 11 months ago and till date they haven't installed my door, they keep making empty Promises, at first they were waiting for hardware and recently they are waiting for class. And the so called branch manager by the name of Peter is very good with lies same goes to store stuff. Don't think I'll ever in my life time purchase anything from them.
