I placed an order with Thabie Luxury Furniture for a custom-made king-size bed and paid a 50% deposit on 25 May 2025. To date, the bed has not been delivered, and the owner has stopped responding to my calls and messages. This is deeply disappointing, especially coming from a local South African business I wanted to support. Ignoring customers after taking their money is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and accountability. I’m simply requesting a full refund for the amount I paid. Until this is resolved, I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution when dealing with this company. Order type: Custom king-size bed Deposit paid: 50% on 25 May 2025 Issue: Non-delivery, no communication, refund pending.
