NON-DELIVERY & POOR COMMUNICATION — REFUND STILL OUTSTANDING
I placed an order with Thabie Luxury Furniture for a custom-made king-size bed and paid a 50% deposit on 25 May 2025. To date, the bed has not been delivered, and the owner has stopped responding to my calls and messages. This is deeply disappointing, especially coming from a local South African business I wanted to support. Ignoring customers after taking their money is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and accountability. I’m simply requesting a full refund for the amount I paid. Until this is resolved, I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution when dealing with this company. Order type: Custom king-size bed Deposit paid: 50% on 25 May 2025 Issue: Non-delivery, no communication, refund pending.

Bad experience and service.I ordered a TV stand November 2024 from this business and the owner has been giving stories when she is supposed to deliver. She promised to deliver in December 2024, to date she has not delivered and is refusing to refund me

Terrible Service
I ordered a TV stand in May and requested it be delivered on 01 December 2024 before my move, to date (09 December 2024) she has not delivered my TV stand and she ignores my messages and texts. I have asked her to refund my money and she's refusing to do that as well.
