A Scam. Worst Service.
Never ordering from this app again.. I had the worst experience ever. We order things online because of the convenience it is supposed to have in our lives and yet this is something they clearly don't seem to understand. My first order was cancelled (and still not refunded btw) because they couldn't get through to my phone - their reason was "no one was at home".. and yet no one knocked at my door. The second time I ordered, the driver calls to confirm my apartments and when he arrives he calls and said he is at the parking lot with no intentions to come and deliver to my door. I had flu so I was very annoyed and he told me WE are the ones who are supposed to ask them to come to the door. That was the dumbest excuse I have heard because IF I wanted to go out and buy the meds myself at the store I would have done so!!! What a **** app and even worse service.

SCAMMERS
Bought a uncapped wifi plan in Jan 2018 that was meant to come with a free wifi extender and LIT Box, both of which I have still not recieved till today! I enquired about it for 6 months straight and kept getting confirmation of reciept emails. Went to their store several times as well only to be told they were still out of stock and they never made contact again after leaving my details. SCAMMERS!!

Take Your Money Elsewhere!
I made a laybye for a bed worth R 3349.00 online in November last year (2019) and finished paying for it in April 2020. The lady who was my consultant by the name of Motorola "Lala" Monareng is now nowhere to be found. She does not respond to my emails and the number I was given doesn't work. Called their main offices and there was a rude lady who gave me 2 numbers from their laybye department of which was not surprising no one picked up. I have sent multiple emails to them and have been sent from pillar to post each time. No one from this company seems to care about clients and have any sense of urgency. I have had to delay moving into my new place because I won't have the most important thing to have in my home which is a BED!!! Its a pity I saw all the bad reviews from this company after I noticed this lack of customer service otherwise I would have NEVER bought from them.
