ThandiBra
Based on recent customer reviews, ThandiBra is facing significant customer dissatisfaction centred on claims of misleading advertising. Customers consistently mention that products marketed as locally designed and manufactured in Cape Town appear to arrive from China, often in original Shein or Temu packaging. A recurring theme is frustration with lengthy delivery times stretching into weeks, perceived poor product quality relative to price, incorrect sizing, and refund policies that customers feel contradict the South African Consumer Protection Act. Many shoppers also report receiving what they believe are AI generated email responses to their complaints.

You charged me almost R1000 - package delivered 3 weeks later and guess what…..the bra is from China - still in the China bag. Locally made you say…… One address in Roodepoort, but made in the Cape. Nice misleading website - probably AI.

Same experience as other reviewers. **** and low quality products! Very friendly AI response on all my questions, but bras are from China and not from Cape Town at all!!! It took a few weeks for my order to be delivered and then the sizes were wrong, so I wanted to return it...No returns??!!! — they'll just send me new ones, but now I have to pay for the courier (R250 and it takes weeks????!!!!). All other online shopping delivers within days!

On their website this shop claims that their bras were designed for South African women, and are made here. Their prices are pretty high, but with their promises of a top-quality product, one expects the best. On ordering from them, I discovered that the goods come from China, not locally made at all. The delivery time was around a month, whereas one would expect a product locally shipped to arrive within a few days. This business does definitely not get a good review from me.

****mers, ****s and Lowlifes. The product they send is cheap Chinese imports you can get for less than a quarter of the price they charge from SheIn or Temu. Nothing like they are advertising.

I ordered an XL bra on-line for over R600.00. On delivery only to find the bag was marked XL but the bra itself was a SMAL size. Numerous email communications between Thandi and I, she acknowledged the mistake and said she would replace the bra on condition that I pay, once again, for shipping of R172.00. I have advised her that she clearly needs the bra more than I and to keep it.

Ordered 11th February and still waiting. Latest email expect deliver in 2 - 3 weeks! Tried emailing to request full refund, 6 times now, under their T&C's, Exchanges & Refunds #9. All responses AI generated; "Truly sorry, frustration, delay, confusion....blah blah I was then sent a spurious tracking link that shows only 3 stages. All time contradictory. Almost certainly I've lost R695. I should have checked with Hellopeter first.

Big **** as this is a Temu product. Came direct from Temu as stated on label and not Cape Town as advertised. Advert mentions jelly support but bra has foam support as well and poor quality. Very disappointed and very misleading. Please don't fall for this.
