After sales service is non existent. Have a vacuum cleaner but require new filters. No replies to calls Do not answer phones) or emails. Pathetic. Will NEVER recommend this company or product to anybody.

Owners and staff always smiling and eager to help. Give great advice. Superb quality meat. Very clean and hygienic. An absolute pleasure shopping there.
Have been promised reaction via email since 16 July 2020 regarding cracked TV. NOTHING NOONE NADA.
No Stars for you. You had a 45cc Chainsaw and 1300 cm Flatpack Cupboard on promotion. Went in to store no stock. Left name and contact details for raincheck. No response. Contacted Head Office via email. Was sent reply that they would look into matter. NO RESPONSE. No pride in their company, products, employees or clients. Very poor service. No wonder the company is in Dire straights. Nobody cares.
Purchased a mixer cover. Had the old one for comparison. The lady assured me it was the right one. Tried fitting it, but it was the incorrect one. I returned it and was charged a handling fee of R 30. Upon asking why I was informed by the cashier that it was company policy to charge a handling fee. So they supply incorrect item and customer pays for their mistake.

Wimpy Meyerton were awesome this morning. We went there for breakfast for my grandsons 3rd birthday. Did not book or pay for party as was only grandparents, parents and siblings. Not enough for a party, however, they went the extra mile and decorated the table with balloons, tablecloth and gave gift packets. Thanks Monica and the team you were really great. We appreciate your interest and thanks for making his quiet birthday special.
As can be seen from previous posts the past 3 months I have still received no feedback from MTN regarding my outrageously high account. When asking how this is possible was told that I must have added a WAP something that took the money. Please people do not underestimate my intelligence. I just look stupid"
We have been frequenting Ocean Basket, Meyersdal, bi-monthly for the past 8 - 10 years and have never had a bad experience, being it service or food. The servers are always friendly and courteous, the owner \Peter"very welcoming and ensuring a super experience. The food has always been of a very high standard and the portions generous. We travel from the Vaal Triangle to go to this specific restaurant. Not saying the other franchises are bad"
