Not as advertised – concerns about product origin

The product was advertised as made in Cape Town. After 8 days with no delivery, I looked into it further and found information indicating that the items are sourced from China. This was disappointing, as supporting local manufacturing was the main reason for my purchase.

My email enquiries appeared to be automated. Overall, this was an expensive lesson, which I’m sharing so others can make an informed decision.

The brand claims over 300,000 five-star reviews, which, based on my experience, I personally find difficult to reconcile.

I also noticed that similar-looking bras are available on international fast-fashion sites at significantly lower prices.
