The product was advertised as made in Cape Town. After 8 days with no delivery, I looked into it further and found information indicating that the items are sourced from China. This was disappointing, as supporting local manufacturing was the main reason for my purchase. My email enquiries appeared to be automated. Overall, this was an expensive lesson, which I’m sharing so others can make an informed decision. The brand claims over 300,000 five-star reviews, which, based on my experience, I personally find difficult to reconcile. I also noticed that similar-looking bras are available on international fast-fashion sites at significantly lower prices.

I can't understand if you are asked to FICA your information but if the telephone number on their system do not match you phone number (a number which I owned for nearly 20 years) then they can't help you. Pathetic. Tell me to go to the branch, WE DON'T have a NEDBANK branch in town where I live!! Nearest branch 130km away. And the lady still said, can't help you Madam. Isn't that the purpose of FICA, and why are the correct number on my statements?? I closed my account at Nedbank years ago, bad service. MFC is just the same. Reference 92068499.

Please do not use this people, they don't give refunds. Wrong orders is hell to change and you won't see your money ever again....
