I bought a couch online on the 7th of December 2025, the couch was delivered on the 17th of December 2025. The couch didnt look like what I saw online when i was buying, false advertising. The quality and workmanship was very poor. The couch is so uncomfortable even for a 6 year old child. I sent them an email on the 18th of December 2025 and attached some pictures as proof of what i was complaining about. I am very disappointed as I did my due diligence and went through their reviews, return and refund policy before buying. I called them on the 19th to check if they received my email, after a few hours i got a whatsapp response saying i will get a refund after they have collected their couch but i will pay for the collection of the couch? I followed up with them to find out when they will be coming to collect their couch and they cant give me a specific date. Tell me why 4 days later this couch is still in my house? It’s literally filling up my space i cant go buy another couch because its taking up my space and inconveniencing me. Then I’m also expected to pay for collection/delivery when its their fault that they delivered something that is of poor quality and doesnt look anything like the picture on the website
