I bought a TV stand at Decorum & Co in October, they used Fastway courier to deliver it. They **** and said my tv stand was delivered when it was not. I had to fight with Decorum & Co regarding this to a point where I wanted to escalate this to the ombudsman. I was later contacted by a woman on whatsapp from Fastway couriers asking where i can meet her so that she can give me my parcel. I refused to meet up with her because i paid for door to door delivery. Someone from Fastway called me to apologise. My parcel was delivered at 9pm at night by a vw golf. Which courier company uses a golf to deliver large parcels?? Now on the 24th of December i bought stationary at statesman stationary. I was told my parcel will be delivered by the 31st which was not. I followed up yesterday and was told Fastway couriers has my parcel. I then received a whatsapp messaging saying i must come to a certain location to come collect my parcel. Mind you i paid R150 for door to door delivery but i must still use my petrol to drive for about 20min to go meet up with them to go collect my parcel. Only to be told they dont have my parcel maybe the lady who was delivering forgot it at home. Now her phone is off and i am sitting her with frustration. When i tried to call the landline number there’s no response. Fastway couriers must be cancelled because they are *********** and they dont respect us. Why accept deliveries if you cant get them to their owners??
I bought a couch online on the 7th of December 2025, the couch was delivered on the 17th of December 2025. The couch didnt look like what I saw online when i was buying, false advertising. The quality and workmanship was very poor. The couch is so uncomfortable even for a 6 year old child. I sent them an email on the 18th of December 2025 and attached some pictures as proof of what i was complaining about. I am very disappointed as I did my due diligence and went through their reviews, return and refund policy before buying. I called them on the 19th to check if they received my email, after a few hours i got a whatsapp response saying i will get a refund after they have collected their couch but i will pay for the collection of the couch? I followed up with them to find out when they will be coming to collect their couch and they cant give me a specific date. Tell me why 4 days later this couch is still in my house? It’s literally filling up my space i cant go buy another couch because its taking up my space and inconveniencing me. Then I’m also expected to pay for collection/delivery when its their fault that they delivered something that is of poor quality and doesnt look anything like the picture on the website
I bought an HD decoder online on the 18th of October. After i received it i changed my mind. I called Multichoice customer service, i was advices that i needed to take it back to my nearest multichoice customer service which is in Randburg. I was assisted by Tebatso. She advised that they will escalate for a refund. RAM couriers contacted me on the 4th of November to say they will come collected the decoder. It was then collected on the 6th of November. I waited to be contacted regarding my refund and no one did until i decided to call and do a follow up. I was told i need to send bank statement as proof and proof of purchase. Which i did and i was told i need to go to the customer centre again. I was assisted by Lara on the 26th of November who said she will contact me to give me feedback. I emailed her to follow up she didnt respond to date. I’m not happy about the fact that no one is calling me to update me and i havent received my refund till this day
Even after writing a review here on hellopeter, after cancelling my contract and being told i will get a refund they still went and debited my account again. I am tired of Vodacom and maybe i must take legal again against them.
I took out a contract with Vodacom that came with 2 iPhone 8 and 2 sim cards. My contract ended July 2025. I called Vodacom beginning of June to cancel the contract. I was told it is canceled i even received communication. Only 1 number was cancelled which is 0727704376. The other number 0726778023 was not cancelled. My last debit order was supposed to be on the 1st of August. On the 1st of September my account was debited with an amount of R273.99. I called Vodacom on the 2nd of September and spoke to Hajrah and he game the ref number 5-3616511759224. He told me that the contract contract for 0726778023 will be cancelled and i will be refunded the R273.99. I have been waiting since then. I have received a statement via email dated 03/09/2025 with an amount of R273.99 which is due. I called Vodacom today and the lady who was assisting me said it's my fault that only 1 number was cancelled because i didn't tell them to cancel both numbers. This is one contract that came with 2 phones and 2 sims.
I called Vodacom on Sunday morning 18 May 2025 to blacklist a ****** phone which is an iPhone 12 mini 65GB purple in color. I spoke to gentleman by the name of Happy who assisted me. I gave him the IMEI number in question to black list the phone. He then told me that the last 4 numbers have changed however he will blacklist the phone because i was successfully verified. I received an sms confirming that the phone with IMEI number: 35259113144629 was backlisted with the ITC Ref: 43036813. I then submitted an insurance same day after talking to him. I received an email from the insurance yesterday instructing me to call vodacom to blacklist the correct IMEI number. I called vodacom again yesterday 19 May 2025 in the morning and spoke to a lady by the name of Nomakhosi who told me that because i had an esim in the phone that is why they cant pick up the correct IMEi number i provided, she then emailed me a blacklisting form that i had to complete and email to vodacom. I did exactly that ane receiced a ref number: EC-21EF-21RTFX. The form clearly stated that i will received feedback within 2 business hours. Today i called vodacom in the morning to follow up as i did not receive feedback and spoke to Londiwe who advised that the turnaround time for feedback is 24hours. 24hours later i still havent received any feedback. I spoke to Rebotile now at 14:02 who checked on the system and told me that she cannot trace the IMEI i gave her and that i should wait for back office to respond. I sent a follow up email at 11:01 today and still no communication from vodacom. This is frustrating because i need to claim for insurance. Also why is vodacom making promises they cant keep? its more than 24hours and no response from them. Can someone please help.
I bought a skirt online on the 21st of November 2025. I have since been waiting for my order. Received an sms on the 25th saying my parcel is on it's way to the store i selected for collection. I Called customer service on the 29th of November and i was told the parcel is still on its way to the selecetd store and will be abailable for collection on the 2nd of December.. When i told the lady who was assisting me that i wanted to cancel my order and get a refund she said it's not possible i must wait for the parcel to arrive then i can refund at the store. Yesterday which was the 9th of December i called the customer service, spoke to a guy called Lethu. Who told me the same story that my parcel is on iys way to the selected store. He also said something about Black Friday which doesnt make sense because my order was placed before then. He refused to provide his surname saying it's company policy and refused to provide his line managers contact details since he couldnt assist me, saying it's company policy. I am not happy with this service.

So i settled my woolworths loan on the 24 of June after calling in to get a settlement amount. Payment reflected on the 27th June. I called in on that same day to close the account. I had refund that was due to me. The consultant that was assisting me even cobfimed my bank account number for the refund. I have since been calling woolworths regarding this account because i haven't received my refund and the loan account is not closed. No one seems to want to help me they tell me different stories everyday. I am not happy about this service at all.. Im really disappointed infact.
I placed an order with perfect dealz, only to find that the product i wanted they dont have the size. Twice, i then decided to cancel my order and requested for a refund. I received an email onnthe 30th of requesting for my banking detaila which i did provide. I have since been waiting for my refund to be processed. Every time i call i get a story of some sort. Today i was told the people working at the accounts department work from home. And the lady who is supposed to process my refund her daughter is sick.
