Dissapointed

Your service at the Greenacres branch really dissapointed me today . I bough 2x hake and chips and spicy rice on the side. I said spicy rice coz that's what I always say when buying your yellow rice. When she told me I'm still short, I asked kanti how your rice, she said R42. Told her no it's expensive and asked why, was told because it's the seafood rice.

I told her that I'm not looking to buy seafood rice and she told me that she already rang it up and she can't reverse it. It's their company policy and that I will enjoy the seafood rice.

I told her if I had known then I would've said I want seafood rice not spicy rice. Asked her to just write a note and refund me because I'm paying cash. She refused.

This is seconds after I made the purchase, I did not wait before I asked her to correct it, I was still at the till.

I buy here every week sometimes twice a week and I feel so disappointed and led on today.
