THE ATRIUM- CRIMINAL ZONE AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE STOLEN

I went shopping over the weekend and had parked my vehicle at the back entrance on Juniper Road. There was people and car guards everywhere and it was broad daylight. The reason why I decided not to park inside was because when I went to this Centre previously, I was almost robbed on the 3rd level at the Capitec atm so thought it would be better to park outside where there is a lot of people. I was not even in the mall for 35 minutes and when I got out, where I had parked my car, was empty. I thought I was dreaming but they had stolen my car in a space of that time. I was finished and devastated and had to call the police. The thing is the guys are operating from the inside and waiting in the Centre. The car guards and beggar's are all part of this syndicate. The security at the center and car guards are totally useless and just expect you to tip them. I then called The Atrium to speak to management and they were unavailable and I left my details and explained to the lady who answered the call what had happened. She said management would return my call and it went 3 hours later so I called back and they were still unavailable. The whole Centre, including the management and customer service is pathetic. I am still today waiting for a call from management to assist me with footage but no one seems to care less. I have been living in this area and going to this Centre for almost 30 years and I am disappointed wit everything and will never go there or shop there ever again. People and also store owners, you need to go somewhere else to shop and to trade as your lives are likely in danger and the security, management or anyone will not assist you. It's now a criminal zone and they allow thugs to come in and they don't even care or are alert of the amount of criminals in this Centre. Please be careful and you might as well shop, gym and go to the banks at a more secure Centre.
