Exceptional customer service
I dealt with the most amazing from Zonke & Mpoi from the online store, exceptional customer service and so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I am so happy with the level of service I received. They are honestly is a gems to the store and we need more assistants like them in our lives. Thank you sweet Zonke & Mpoi:)

Beyond amazing customer service
I dealt with the most amazing sales lady Keshnie from the Gateway branch, exceptional customer service and so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Arranged me the last pair of boots in my size and I am so happy with the level of service I received. She honestly is a gem to the store and we need more sales assistants like her in our lives. Amazing Customer Service & Experience
I just want to give this review for the lady Natalie that works 2 Aldo Gateway Mall Durban for her amazing customer service and assistance. What a wonderful experience to deal with someone like her, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Her customer service was exceptional in helping me with my request. I truly appreciate her and was lovely to deal with someone like her.

MOST EXCEPTIONAL AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have received such great and amazing service from specifically the most awesome women, Illze. I purchased my hair iron in Feb 2023 and had issues with it and from the 1st complaint, Illze has helped me resolve it and understood my concerns. Eventually the 3rd time I had an issue, I called and she was on leave so I spoke to another lady who made sure that she received my email because as soon as Illze got back from leave, she called me up without me having to call to check and she assisted me with a total new replacement with no questions asked and also gave me some samples for my little girl's hair. All I can say is that the service I received from her was beyond my expectations and I am truly grateful to have dealt with her and she is a true gem to this business. Thank you so much Illze, you are a great asset to your company and I will always deal with your company because of the service you gave me. Much appreciated and God bless you and your family always:)

GREAT SERVICE, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL & ON POINT:)
This was the first time I tried this online service as we usually purchase electricity via the banking app and shops. We have been trying since Sunday and no luck everywhere and on both banking apps, FNB & Capitec. Did a google search and found PREPAID24:). This was my last resort and my meter book was about to go on 0KW. Made the purchase and waited and these guys kept me updated continuously and in the loop. There was apparently an issue nationally to get prepaid vouchers. Even received a courteousy call to advise that they will send as soon as the municiplality in my area is back online. Finanlly after 3 hours, received my voucher and did not have to keep checking my app or the shops. This is a good company and very efficient, effortless to purchase vouchers and they check everything for you and know when the municipalities are back online. I just had to sit back and they did all the work. I will forever use their services and I am very happy that I found them. They saved me big time as if my box went to 0KW, I would have to take it and go directly to Ethekwini to reset my box has issues. Excellent company, friendly staff, efficient and professional. Highly recommend these guys, they are amazing:)

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EFFICIENT STAFF
The guys that work @ The Fix are absolutely helpful and friendly. A special thanks to the guys at the Richards Bay branch, Sihle, Nonthandazo, Nontokzo and to Sipho at the Durban West Street branch. They provided me with the best customer experience and assisted me with the item that I really wanted and managed to send it to me in Durban. I love them for this and appreciate them and this is what makes South Africa a great place again knowing that they take passion in their jobs and go that extra mile to assist customers, I will always shop at The Fix and these guys are amazing and must always stay blessed:) Thanks You Guys so much, Candice Roach

AWESOME CUSTOMER LOYALTY REWARDS
I just want to thank Dischem for rewarding their loyal customers always. I have received a free complimentary pack of Huggies nappies and also they have this cool competition to collect stickers to receive free items. They are so good to their customers and I always enjoy shopping at their branches. I am always receiving complimentary stuff from them for been loyal and I am so grateful that they appreciate their customers. Dischem Rocks:)

THE ATRIUM- CRIMINAL ZONE AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE STOLEN
I went shopping over the weekend and had parked my vehicle at the back entrance on Juniper Road. There was people and car guards everywhere and it was broad daylight. The reason why I decided not to park inside was because when I went to this Centre previously, I was almost robbed on the 3rd level at the Capitec atm so thought it would be better to park outside where there is a lot of people. I was not even in the mall for 35 minutes and when I got out, where I had parked my car, was empty. I thought I was dreaming but they had stolen my car in a space of that time. I was finished and devastated and had to call the police. The thing is the guys are operating from the inside and waiting in the Centre. The car guards and beggar's are all part of this syndicate. The security at the center and car guards are totally useless and just expect you to tip them. I then called The Atrium to speak to management and they were unavailable and I left my details and explained to the lady who answered the call what had happened. She said management would return my call and it went 3 hours later so I called back and they were still unavailable. The whole Centre, including the management and customer service is pathetic. I am still today waiting for a call from management to assist me with footage but no one seems to care less. I have been living in this area and going to this Centre for almost 30 years and I am disappointed wit everything and will never go there or shop there ever again. People and also store owners, you need to go somewhere else to shop and to trade as your lives are likely in danger and the security, management or anyone will not assist you. It's now a criminal zone and they allow thugs to come in and they don't even care or are alert of the amount of criminals in this Centre. Please be careful and you might as well shop, gym and go to the banks at a more secure Centre.
