No Tracking number

Unfortunately i don't have a tracking number yet after purchasing 2 days ago they confirmed they have stock of the side steps i ordered

Hi Frans, We would just like to clarify that once an order is placed, there is a standard process that needs to be followed. This includes our internal admin and processing procedure, which takes approximately 24 hours to complete. During this time, we confirm stock, prepare the item, and ensure it is correctly checked and securely packaged. Once this is completed, the parcel is booked with the courier, and the courier booking and collection process can take an additional 24–48 hours. As soon as the courier collects the parcel and the tracking number becomes active, it is immediately sent to the client.
