I had to pay a 10% deposit as per the booking confirmation on 11 Aug 2023. The balance, 90%, had to be paid on arrival 13 Aug 2023. When we checked out 14 Aug they said the deposit was not paid. I mentioned that I will check my bank statements and do an EFT. I descovered that they took the full amount 100% on 11 Aug and we paid 90% on 13 Aug. I emailed and phoned several times, but do not get an answer. I also requested an invoice. Have not received it. I forgot my Garmin heart rate monitor in room 401. Asked for them to check. No answer!!!!!
