DO NOT BUY FROM THE BEARDED MAN!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Their website states to allow for 2 days for delivery, except for over weekends. I placed and paid for my order on the 16/01/2021. I hadn't had any confirmation email from them. I tried to contact them multiple times for an update and there was no answer. Now almost 2 weeks since I placed my order I still have not received it 26/01/202 I have tried multiple times to get in touch with them but my calls , messages, Facebook messages and Facebook comments have gone unanswered even though they have read them. I am extremely frustrated with their disgusting customer service and have requested a refund. To which of course was not answered. They have taken my money and have not given me my product.

They need to be shut down!!
