Absolutely disgusting service. Their website states to allow for 2 days for delivery, except for over weekends. I placed and paid for my order on the 16/01/2021. I hadn't had any confirmation email from them. I tried to contact them multiple times for an update and there was no answer. Now almost 2 weeks since I placed my order I still have not received it 26/01/202 I have tried multiple times to get in touch with them but my calls , messages, Facebook messages and Facebook comments have gone unanswered even though they have read them. I am extremely frustrated with their disgusting customer service and have requested a refund. To which of course was not answered. They have taken my money and have not given me my product. They need to be shut down!!
Company is a total scam. Website (www.1fourall.co.za) - Does not exist CIPC - Company is currently in deregistration since 2014 They only let you apply via a fax number. No companies today still use fax. Please be careful as this is a plot to get your personal information as they send you forms to complete.
I bought a business on the 1December. Phoned the call centre to do change of ownership and they said I must send all the documentation to ********** which I did. Phoned a few weeks later to find out if it has been received and done. No it hasn't and they haven't got the documents. I send again. As of 8/01/18 my line has been suspended. I then went into Clearwater branch 09/01/18 and they said they cant help me (after waiting for an hour ) I must phone the call centre. Morning of the 10/01/18 I phone the call centre and they couldn't help me and kept telling me to phone a different department. They all said I must go into a branch. Still on the 10/01/18 I go to westgate telkom where they told me they can't do anything , I must phone the call centre or go to telkom Clearwater or cresta! I get back to the office now extremely angry. I once again phone the call centre and again tell me to keep going to different departments. I am now frustrated so I call the call centre business sales department and ask for a manager. After 10 minutes of waiting on the line and wasting my airtime , the agent tells me to phone back at 10:30 !!!! I have a business to run. I cannot run around to different branches all the time. I am also flooding clients because the landline is suspended just because the change of ownership hasn't been done yet and not because of outstanding payments!
<p>Angor property specialists are the worst agents to deal with!!!Firstly their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Not only do they take forever to get back to you on what deposit you will receive back (1 month later) they charge extremely large amounts to fix things for fixing such small things and for things that we did not even break
