Poor Customer Service - The Bed Guy

Bought a new bed and base from The Bed Guy in September 2020 It is June 2021 and the matress is collapsed.Contacted the the salesperson Traviss who was super efficient and acted promptly The supplier was contacted and all.documents filled out After a whole week still no appearance of any supplier represenatative. I am left with a broken bed which for me is useless with a bad matress.Supplier called me promising to come out but did not pitch and did not bother to even call. Be careful who and what products you buy online
