BELLBUOY GROUP, PORT ELIZABETH - BAD SERVICE DELIVERY
New Horizon Village Homeowner Association/(Developer's decision) (promises from Bellbouy how efficient this process is going to be) well It is a year later and I am still waiting for the promises to be delivered. In the past month I have sent multiple emails which of some just get completely ignored by the agent working with the New Horizon Village Portfolio.
From the word go, all we have had is endless problems eg.
Bad communication, No breakdown of the R290 we are suppose to be paying for 2024 but there has been no service or upkeep of New Horizon Village.
I am not too sure how their service quantifies the bill which they are charging for administration as the only thing that they are doing is sending statements out to clients for NON-EXISTENT services at New Horizon Village and DO NOT have the DECENCY to reply when requesting how the levy is broken down for the HOA when there is literally NO SERVICE BEING PROVIDED since January 2024.
