It is probably the WORSE group I have ever had to deal with.
New Horizon Village Homeowner Association/(Developer's decision) (promises from Bellbouy how efficient this process is going to be) and with the clever coaxing of the developers and Bellbouy, Port Elizabeth, the home owner's under duress voted that they represent the HOA as the developers were unable and not equipped to manage this HOA.
From the word go, all we have had is endless problems eg.
I give them a 10/10 for BAD communication as it has got to the stage where they just DO NOT respond on one's emails. I rate them a 1/10 for giving a NON-EXISTING BUDGET for 2024 which we are being forced to pay yet NO SERVICE is being provided. On promises NOT delivered a 10/10.
I am not too sure what they are doing for the almost R30 000 bill which they are charging for administration as the only thing that they are doing is sending statements out to clients for NON-EXISTENT services and DO NOT have the DECENCY to reply when requesting how the levy is broken down for the HOA when there is literally NO SERVICE BEING PROVIDED AND THEY CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR THE LEVY WE ARE BEING CHARGED FOR 2024.
