Birthday Voucher - ****? Waste of time?

I received an email from The Body Shop (from Clicks group) saying I have a birthday voucher of R75 off any of their products. When trying to purchase, there is no voucher loaded to my Clicks Club Card (despite what the email said) - wasted trip to the store. When I try to email.. there's no way to email anyway, so I call the call centre... to be told I must use the SKU on the email. There is no SKU on the email - wasted phone call.

I have now unsubscribed from Clicks emails. It's supposed to be a 'gift', but what a story to even get this. I don't understand how it works. It tells you to go to any clicks or body shop, which is what I did. Wild goose chase. Don't fall for it.
