Bad service and very unhygienic

I have a huge love for biltong and every now and then I spoil myself and buy my biltong specially at Boer en Butcher. Yesterday I was there and had to stand at the front table for a while before I could be helped. Someone came to help me and was quite quick and with his bare hands he weighed the biltong and put it in the bag. I asked him where his gloves were and that it was a bit unhygienic to which he then very rudely rep**** to me that they don't have gloves and are still waiting for them.

It put me off completely and I will now have to drive a little further for my biltong , Joeys just around the corner.

I reached out to the company but it looks like they are not really bothered.
