Beyond ****ed By The Box Fashion😡😡😡
Im so ****in ****ed by The Box, I bought hair in February and I paid for it over 3 months ending in April, they delivered my hair. The following month (May) they debited my account again, when I questioned this Alicia told me about some membership I didnt even know about. She confirmed cancellation of this nonsense and told me I cant get a refund instead they will give me store credit whatever that is equivalent to my money...I never received anything from them. To my surprise they debited my account again in September and they still tell me about non refund and that store credit that is non existent.
I dont want your store credit, I want my money back!!!
