Shocking Non-Existent Service on my sons 30th Birthday (28 April 2025)

I took my son who turned 30 yesterday (28 April 2025) to The Braai Room Lonehill for his birthday lunch. On arriving we ordered our drinks and food, the drinks took over half an hour to arrive, and still the waiter got the order WRONG. I then went to see the manager who took his SWEET TIME to come and see me (I was waiting in the bar area and he could clearly see me waiting!) He then came over, never introduced himself, and proceeded to ask what was wrong. I told him that waiting for our drinks for over half an hour was UNACCEPTABLE and the fact that the order was wrong. He never apologised, and said "we can sort this out" to which I rep**** "never mind, cancel my order" and I walked out. To say I am disappointed with the apparent service is an understatement!!!! It was my son's 30th birthday and between the waiter and the manager, neither gave a damn. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and give it a 1000% THUMBS DOWN. Goodbye The Braai Room, you will never see me again!!!!!!
