I made a booking at Zimbali in November, and had to cancel due to my dad's poor health, cancellation was done at the beginning of December, and when I enquired on my refund,I was told that refunds are only processed month ends!
I then enquired to say where in their cancellation procedure is this stated,I was then ignored.
O am bitterly disappointed by how this establishment has conducted itself!
