I made a booking at Zimbali in November, and had to cancel due to my dad's poor health, cancellation was done at the beginning of December, and when I enquired on my refund,I was told that refunds are only processed month ends! I then enquired to say where in their cancellation procedure is this stated,I was then ignored. O am bitterly disappointed by how this establishment has conducted itself!
I have been trying to cancel my contract with vodacom for months now,everytime I call their cancellations department, I get told that someone will call me back to finalize the cancellation, it's been weeks now. Please take this contract off my hands!

After many calls and emails, she is ignoring me. Someone needs to take accountability for these mess. Give me my car back. The excess was paid, but you still holding on to my car!
My online profile was hacked,and all my money ******. Two ******* transactions happened, the second one happened whilst i was on the call reporting the first transaction. After numerous mails and very long calls, I still haven’t had feedback from the ***** department! The manner in which my case is being handled by African Bank is **********. No care, no understanding and zero empathy.
I took my car in for service at VW Kuruman. I have to say, I have owned a VW for more than 15 year, but never have I experienced such pathetic service before. VW Kuruman gives the VW brand a bad image! The booking of the car took forever, I got there past seven, car only got booked in an hour later. They only started working on the car some time past one, this after I made noise regarding the long wait. Car was serviced by Chapman, only a partial service was done, not the whole procedure followed for a minor service. Took the car in knowing that there were a few areas of concern, once the car was taken into the workshop, I aske the lady who booked the car in whether the technician/mechanic has said anything with regards to what was picked up during inspections, she said no. When I was given my invoice, I was given a long list of defcts! I was sitting at the dealership the whole time, why were these defects not discussed with me, so that we can check what can be done on the day, and what required a new appointment to be booked? I am beyond mortified, I travelled more than 110km(return trip for nonsense). There is no service advisor that was available, and no service manager available to take queries?
I have been struggling with regards to getting my refund from airlink. I have sent emails, no response! I have tried calling, and there are no agents available. This is completely unacceptable airlink. Please give me back my money, and not the 45% of what I paid for the tickets, like you did before!

I ordered groceries online Saturday morning. I was not home Sunday morning, however, I got a notification to say my groceries were delivered. I assumed that my dad might have signed for them. I got home in the afternoon, and there was no groceries. I then proceeded to send an email to pick and pay online, no response, I then called their call center, was on hold for a while,when a consultant answers, they promised to investigate and send my order. Two hours later,nothing, I called the call center again, and the consultant promised to call me back with feedback, dololo! Am calling the call center once again, long wait! Then call is dropped! How does a reputable company like pick and pay mess up this badly?
