Unprofessional response, contradicts information provided by the distributor

Reached out to them to assist with a replacement part, as per direct coversation with Viofo. The company rep I was speaking to immediately responded with snarky feedback because I didn't buy my camera from them, making unprofessional excuses that they refuse to assist me because they are the sole distributors for Viofo in South Africa, ******** to the fact that Viofo themselves did not suggest using them to assist with a replacement part, and instead suggested that I import directly. This company's first response was to respond unprofessionally, instead of offering assistance. I wouldn't recommend them if I never needed support with any of the products they sell. Rather contact the distributors overseas, as they are day and night more professional and helpful.
