Extremely unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional. I asked for a quote for a generic cartridge for my Samsung 2020W printer,they sent me a quote for R 399 yet on the phone they said it was R 205. They never have in stock. They want you to go in and pay and then go.in again.to collect. Last time it took 5 days after payment to receive my cartridge. They laugh abd think.its a joke. This is The Cartridge Guy in Blairgowrie Drive.The only reason that I use them is because they're just up the road. Also the cartridges seem to be of inferior quality to other places. It says you still have about a third toner meanwhile you don't.
