Four months after paying, still no cartridges!

I am still waiting for the two cartridges that I have paid for last year October!! This is now the fourth month!!! I have contacted Lindo several times. Seems she is not capable at all to assist! After much promises, still no cartridge. They have my money and I am still struggling to get my order! Dont buy from them!
