Four months after paying, still no cartridges!
I am still waiting for the two cartridges that I have paid for last year October!! This is now the fourth month!!! I have contacted Lindo several times. Seems she is not capable at all to assist! After much promises, still no cartridge. They have my money and I am still struggling to get my order! Dont buy from them!

Makro Care (that is a joke)
I bought a 10 in 1 mop/steamer. It was delivered on the 9th of October. We discovered later that evening there was a factory fault when we could not assemble the mop. The mop part does not connect into the main body of the steamer due to a misalignment between the hole in the mop part and the nozzle of the steamer in the main body. It is not usable at all! The following day I have notified them. After much stories and empty promises from Neo about the collection of the item, today the 23rd of October and they still did not collect the faulty item that must be replaced. Very upset and dissapointed in the service of Makro's team at the customer care centre. I expected more from them. Today is the deadline for collection and I am still waiting for a response.

I received an outsta...
I received an outstanding service from Oukitel South Africa! I ordered the BT80 smart watch yesterday the 1st of Aug and received the watch just after 2 today, the 2nd of Aug! I have also received a courtesy call from Mbali! Awesome service! Thanks
