I ordered a watch from them last week Wednesday (04/09/2024).
On Friday last week (06/09/2024) I get an email from Jenna from their online sales team stating that the watch I ordered is out of stock but not to worry, the warehouse confirmed that they have the same model in stock just with a black face and can they send that one instead?
Now my problem is this:
1. They advertise products on their website that are out of stock 2. They don't even have the decency to let you know the product is out of stock (I had to find this out after I sent them an email to inquire when I can expect my order) 3. They say I should expect my order tomorrow (10/09/2024) but it seems like they are lying about that too because it is now past 2pm and the status of my order has not been updated even though I asked them to do that as proof my order has been dispatched and so I can track the order but they haven't even done that which means I probably won't get my order tomorrow as they say
Don't think I will be ordering from them again any time soon
