Overall OK experience

I got the watch I ordered and it's a beautiful watch although it's a lot smaller than what was displayed on the picture on their website I kind of hoped it would be bigger. You should maybe try and put images on your website that display your products more accurately so that customers know exactly what it is they are buying.

I felt the strap was also far too large for a ladies wrist but maybe that's just me as I have a tiny little wrist but I suppose that's not a big issue as I went and quickly had it re-sized.

Although I am quite satisfied with the watch overall the communication from their customer service was lacking. They advertise things on their website that are out of stock and only after you've placed the order do they tell you this. You also have to follow up every few hours to find out where your order is because they don't respond to emails in a very timeous manner.

Will I order from them again? Maybe.
