Excellent Customer Service from Henry at Cell C The Groove

I’d like to commend Henry, the manager at Cell C The Grove, for the exceptional service he provided. We had an issue with our SIM card that was not able to make or receive calls, which was causing a lot of inconvenience. Henry went above and beyond to ensure that our problem was resolved.

From the moment we explained the situation, Henry took it seriously and tried every possible solution to get our phone working again.
