⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with the experience
This was my second time staying at City Club, and unfortunately, it was a big letdown. I arrived at 3:00 PM for check-in, but the room wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes with no real apology. When I mentioned that I’d like to make up for the time being wasted, the staff just laughed in my face , which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Their excuse was that they didn’t have enough washing machines to clean the linens, which honestly sounds ridiculous for a hotel of this size. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before, and I doubt I’ll be returning.
