Late banking and unprofessional

@comic_warehouse not happy!!! You only bank your machines after two weeks of purchasing!!! Leaving our account in a negative!!!

On the 30th of October my wife and I purchased items from your store and paid with two separate cards.

You only banked your machines 15 days later which has now put us in a negative with no way of getting food!!! I call in and get told that no one was short so it can’t have got banked late. Then I get told by the accountant that there is a Standard Bank issue and that’s why!

How can no one know about this till I bring it up????

You will NEVER see me as a customer again! I have been a loyal online and in store customer and I’m disgusted with your service!!!
