Was told that the item I ordered and paid for was not in stock. After almost a week of "searching" I was informed that the item was never there due to a stock take error.
I was told I'd get a refund, but would have to wait a maximum of 30 days. More than 30 days later I'm told that their ISP is preventing them from sending their clients their rightfully owed money due to their own incompetence.
Your ISP errors and poor stock take should be none of your clients concerns. CSGO complaints don't even bother them and they use that an an excuse to extend their trashy periods. Really ******* customer service from a company that claims to "love and cherish" their geek clientele
