The Data Factory BIG ****mers
This company is a trace company and apparently the winner of tracing agents of the year. All that they are good for is tracing and do not follow up with the company your funds are with. I have a feeling this is ****. If I send all my document already in Jan, why should I send it again and can only work through them. I think The Data Factory and Sanlam unclaimed pension fund is ****mers.

Yes indeed we are the multiple winner of being the best tracing agent over many years. This means we are GOOD at finding people who are owed unclaimed monies to which they were previously unaware of. Our mandate is simple, find/trace people and send their documents to the respective Fund Administrators. Sorry for how this will sound but once our job is done (i.e. TRACING), it is NOT OUR obligation to follow up with administrators on your behalf- WHY WOULD WE DO THAT? You are NOT our Client/Customer and you have thus paid us Zero. I feel annoyed when people such as yourself take to various platforms to slander the reputation of good companies who did you no harm. Please I beg you, provide any proof that we have scammed 1 single person from the 1.5 million traced in the last 19 years- just ONE. Shame on you. Have you asked Sanlam the reason for the delay? Have you contacted us to confirm all docs were in order? Do you have outstanding tax issues? Was the amount significant enough that you would not have missed the payment? There are so many questions I would have for you but then it would mean you needed to at least reach out to us, not vent without facts. Calling us scammers is defamation and if this review is not removed in 48 hours, I will instruct our attorneys to challenge you on this at your cost as we have successfully done with another before you.
