How is it possible that Outsurance advertise that if you refer a client you can get R1000 back. I have on numerous time escalate this, with no feedback. This is not very good service from Outsurance. When they want your money, 20 different agents will phone you. When they need to pay you, they disappear.
Dennis van Niekerk is the owner of this company instaling air conditioners. He installed 4 units in my home and unfortunately from the start we experienced problems with 1 unit. Almost never use it due to the unit not working as it should. He came out a few times, but still the unit is faulty. Calls/messages are now been ignored.
I am trying to get assistance from Sanlam Corporate regarding a SARS directive that was issued to them. Due to non compliance I cannot submit my tax which is very frustrating.
This company is a trace company and apparently the winner of tracing agents of the year. All that they are good for is tracing and do not follow up with the company your funds are with. I have a feeling this is ****. If I send all my document already in Jan, why should I send it again and can only work through them. I think The Data Factory and Sanlam unclaimed pension fund is ****mers.
I ordered food for my son on Friday 25th. The driver got lost, food never arrived and my money was not refunded. I tried numerous times to resolve this, but without any luck. The driver Cecil cut the call and never heard of him again. Spoke to Mr Delivery and they didn't resolve. I make use of their delivery many times, I just feel they could at least assist me better. A claim was logged with Discover Insure, unfortunately they did not fix the car. Only the cheapest, smallest side of the damage was fixed. They also didn't inform me that the quote was changed. Now everyone are dead and I hear nothing of them. This is so typically insurance companies and that after I had a NO CLAIM bonus for 15 years. Think twice before you use Discovery Insure. The consultant that they assign to your claim is not very helpfull.
<p>We had a 3rd party claim and unfortunately after more than 10 years with Mooirivier Makelaars the after service is a disgrace. My husband had to take the car to Potchefstroom to be fixed on his own cost, we live in Pretoria. He had to pay the co payment before he can get the car back. What kind of service is that?? Pay for a 3rd party claim and do not have the convenience to fix the car near our home. I am so dissapointed.</p>
I did an online loan application, at first you don't know that this is actually a company that compare loans, but NO company contacts you for a loan. I was not aware that there is a monthly fee and now they have the nerve to hand me over to a legal institution. I have to pay this amount, but never received a loan. This is unfair and I will refer this to consumers protection.
Watch out for this loan provider, they give you a loan one month and the next month nothing, although your loan payment is up to date. Unfortunately you will sit with a huge problem where you have minus that loan amount in your budget. Loan sharks, that is what they are.
