This is a ******* app. and communication is even worse. no contact number, no email, no real person to talk to... Since there is no notification that the funds were deducted it was deducted twice. Mainly because the app is trash. So, now I will wait 5 business days to get my double payment back so Bruno eats bread until I have money back to go to a real shop to buy his food... that however is not a given.. i may never see the money again.. I'm concerned about the non disclosures... the website that doesn't exist, the lack of communication and confirmation and the fact that the bank happily agreed to deduct without proper due diligence, which i will take up with the bank... therefore would say stay clear. I;ll also be rating the app as trash as that's where the problem started
