Poor workmanship
We bought an apartment earlier this year (2023) offwhich when the rain started in cape Town, we experienced a leak from the roof, unfortunately our unit is on the last floor. The issue was reported to the body corporate however nobody is taking accountability of this poor workmanship that happen during the renovations and unfortunately the unit is getting damaged everyday.

Worst experience ever.Tried buying one of the newly launched units.Response time horrible,every time I tried reserving a unit it was never available just to find out someone else was able to reserve it who by the way came after me for viewing.It seemed as if they were targeting a specific identity.
