Terrible service , terrible attitude , If it was for me I was going to change.
I have been waiting for standard bank to correct their lies on my home loan installment this bank has became *****masters in my life. I'm really frustrated to the core, I wish the processes of moving out from them can be quicker because I am over gatfool
I've been with standard bank for more 13 years and I guess now it's the time for me to move out everything that has my name at standard bank. It was the first claim after 13 years but the service I received was horrible and still to date, im still receiving it. There was no interest rate increase but standard bank decided to increase my bond because I had a claim. I am actively shopping around, I can't take it anymore, I'm willing to move everything, from my salary to all my bonds and insurance, in actually fact i want nothing to do with standard bank.
Because they don't over weekend that's means we all don't work.
standard bank, please send someone to fix my house after earthquake damages, the poorworkmanship that you are highlighting on phone calls ,the developer is willing to meet up with your assessor so that he can show him where he did poor work . please avail your assessor asap so that i can inform the developer.
Poor workmanship We bought an apartment earlier this year (2023) off which when the rain started in Capetown, we experienced a leak from the roof, unfortunately our unit is on the last floor on top. The issue was reported to the body corporate early last month, however nobody is taking accountability for this poor workmanship that happen during construction and unfortunately the unit is getting damaged everyday. This morning Steer &Co told us there's is nothing they can do while the unit is getting damage and we loosing money everyday as people has decided to move out. The attitude and behavior that we are receiving is unacceptable and I believe steer&co can still improve in business by respectfully treat their clients and improve their interpersonal skill.

I bought a house via grit realty pty ltd company, its almost 2 years, i haven't received my approved house plans that i was during my first viewing. I am so disappointed with their service, their lawyer told me to **** off when i was doing a follow up. It's been an exhausting and tiring jounery.
I am so disappointed with Std bank house insurance, i logged my claim after earthquake and nothing has happened so far, i was told they send another service provider to check the damages since they were not happy with the first one offwhich that service provider was sent by them. its almost 2 weeks now, nothing has happened, no calls nothing.
