Poor workmanship

We bought an apartment earlier this year (2023) offwhich when the rain started in cape Town, we experienced a leak from the roof, unfortunately our unit is on the last floor. The issue was reported to the body corporate however nobody is taking accountability of this poor workmanship that happen during the renovations and unfortunately the unit is getting damaged everyday.
